Bacardi Martini Ukraine manages document flow and approval in M-Files

Summary

FTS has completed the project to implement the M-Files electronic document management system for contract lifecycle management at Bacardi Martini Ukraine.

The implementation included:

• organization of effective structure and management of electronic documents related to procurement, contract activities and tendering;
• approval of contracts and other documents in accordance with corporate rules.
