ABOUT THE PROJECT

During the implementation project, the following document management functions were implemented:

• formation of a single structured repository of documents, considering their binding to projects and clients;
• ensuring a quick search for the required documents;
• control over the work of employees with documents;
• integration with MS Office and Lotus Notes applications;
• organization of web access to the repository of documents.

Thanks to the intuitive interface that makes it easy to work with this system, the launch of the software solution into operation was carried out within a few days after the completion of the implementation.
