Summary

As a result of using the system, the level and speed of customer service significantly increased, which had a positive impact on the increase in the company’s profit.
BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION
The dynamic development of Schneider Electric made it necessary to optimise the company’s current management system through the implementation of a unified information system. Dispersed applications did not allow getting an overall picture of the flow of goods and the financial state of the business in real-time.
SOLUTION
The company needed a system that combined financial processing, sales and logistics planning, customer relationship management (CRM), project management and e-commerce modules. In 1999, Schneider Electric’s management team selected Deltek Maconomy ERP software for complete automation of its business management system.
ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION
