FTS Announces Acquisition of Dynamic Solutions’ Microsoft Business

The Acquisition is Synergistic with Company’s Strategy for Growth and Strengthening its Leading Position as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner

FTS Bulgaria has announced that in February 2021 it finalized its agreement with Dynamic Solutions, on the basis of which FTS acquires Dynamic Solutions’ Microsoft business and team.

For its 26 years of operation on the Bulgarian market, FTS has proven to be a knowledgeable, loyal and committed partner for ERP/CRM/BI business solutions. The past year of COVID-19 pandemic has shown that the company has the flexibility and wisdom to successfully deal with challenges and emergencies. For 2020, the company reported 60% growth in the number of projects and 70% growth in Microsoft Dynamics projects implemented in the cloud. In following its strategy for growth and strengthening its leading position as a Microsoft Dynamics Partner, FTS signed a deal to acquire Dynamic Solutions’ Microsoft business.

As a result of the deal, FTS takes over Microsoft customer service of Dynamic Solutions. The entire Dynamic Solutions team of highly experienced and motivated Microsoft consultants and programmers joins FTS. Our combined team and the expertise that FTS possesses in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft cloud solutions, Data & Analytics, will enable the company to implement large-scale IT projects by offering industry-specific solutions for FTS local and regional customers.
