FTS BULGARIA Ltd. is a beneficiary under a contract for the provision of grant aid BG16RFPR001-1.001-0493-C01 „Development of a specialized innovative application using modern AI tools for data extraction and importDevelopment of a specialized innovative application using modern AI tools for data extraction and import“ under the „Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises” Programme (CIEP) 2021–2027, procedure through selection of project proposals BG16RFPR001-1.001 „Development of innovations in enterprises“.

The aim of the project is to develop an innovative software product – an innovative solution that will use modern AI (artificial intelligence) tools and which will be developed with the aim of automating the processes of extracting and structuring data from different types of documents and directly entering the prepared data into the ERP systems of clients. The innovation will be developed entirely by its own staff, which will help increase the company’s innovation activity.

As one of the leading suppliers and implementers of business software for SMEs and large companies in Central and Eastern Europe, FTS works to optimize business processes and implement innovative IT solutions for business management. The expert capacity; the high R&D potential of the sector in which FTS develops its main activity; knowledge of new AI tools and past experience in developing innovations are a prerequisite for the success of the innovation developed under the project, which falls within the thematic area of ​​the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization 2021-2027 – „Informatics and ICT“.
