Summary
The company uses the M-Files solution for Contract Lifecycle Management to organize internal document flows and negotiate contracts with tenants and suppliers.
ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION
The company manages diverse types of contracts: for leasing, advertising, expenses, administrative jobs, investments, etc. For each type of contract, the system launches its approval workflow.
After initiating the approval process, the system automatically generates approval tasks and sends reminders to participants. Based on the results of the approval, the system creates a report with the approval history for each contract.
The FTS Team completed the implementation project in 2015.
