ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation project in Ogilvy has been carried out by FTS consultants within 9 months. 130 workplaces have been automated in all major departments of the agency: customer service, creative team, production team, and financial department.
The main challenge of the project was setting up and automating double-entry accounting by local and international standards, as well as setting up corporate reporting by the standards of the Ogilvy Group.
IMPLEMENTATION RESULTS
The management of the company has noted quick access to timely and complete information on costs, revenues and profitability by clients, brands, and projects.
