Summary
In October 2009, Stockmann signed an agreement with the FTS office on the implementation of the FTS Property Solution for deploying a real estate management system.
ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION
Stockmann uses the property management solution from FTS Group for lease accounting, invoicing, expense and payment accounting, receivables and payables controlling, financial and management reporting for leased and rented premises.
IMPLEMENTATION RESULTS
The company noted the following benefits from the implementation of the FTS solution:
- reducing property management administration costs;
- improving the effectiveness of financial control;
- improving accuracy and efficiency in relations to tenants and property owners.
