Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 Business Central

What you’ll do:

• Work with the project ERP team on implementing Dynamics 365 BC.
• Analyze customer requirements and business objectives and map them to the system capabilities.
• Convince the customer by applying your business processes knowledge and expertise.
• Cooperate with and guide key users during the implementation
• Design, build, test, and document implemented solutions
• Provide training for business users.
• Provide support to business users.
• Analyze issues and propose suggestions for solutions.
• Produce precise technical specifications and communicate them with the technical team.

You’ll be suitable for this role if:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or technology.
• You have good English skills verbally and in writing and are fluent in Bulgarian.
• You are curious and eager to gain new knowledge.
• You have an analytical mind with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• You are able to cope with complexity in fast-changing environments.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Any experience as an ERP functional consultant or internal support consultant is an advantage.
