The New Face in the Management Team of FTS

Meet Iskra Todorova, the new member of the management team of FTS Bulgaria.

About the beginning and path in the IT industry

Iskra graduated in Business Informatics at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and has a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Thirteen years ago, she started her professional career in FTS Bulgaria as a Junior ERP Consultant for Dynamics AX.

She got actively involved in various projects and acquired expertise in the field of financial and accounting and project modules and business processes. She has been a system architect in a number of FTS projects for the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics in organizations in the corporate segment, including holding companies with subsidiaries in different parts of the world.
Over the years, Iskra has gained extensive experience in the entire process of implementing ERP systems, and her knowledge and commitment have been highly valued by the management, team and customers of FTS. In 2020, Iskra Todorova was entrusted with the operational management of the most important product line of FТS – Microsoft Dynamics 365.

With her enthusiasm and energy, Iskra gets everyone involved. At the same time, when it comes to quality she is uncompromising, she is giving and demanding. These qualities make her a natural leader, a driver of the development of Dynamics 365 practice of FTS.

About the new responsibilities and success as a function of the efforts of the whole team

FTS Bulgaria has proven itself a leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud solutions and in the building of Data & Analytics systems. At the end of last year, the company reported 60% growth in new Microsoft Dynamics projects, and in February 2021 it acquired the Microsoft Dynamics business of Dynamics Solution (former LLP).

Realizing FTS vision for growth in the two major directions – Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Data & Analytics – requires a strong management team to which Iskra Todorova was drawn as a Managing Director in 2021. She, together with Tsanka Markova, Country Manager of FTS, are taking on the challenging task of strengthening FTS position as a preferred partner for building cloud ERP and BI solutions.

Although her new role in FTS will involve many responsibilities and will require hard work, Iskra is confident and believes in success precisely because she is supported by her colleagues with whom she has gone through more than one or two complex projects. She shares what her top two priorities in work will be – customers and the FTS team.
