The NRA confirmed that they have begun a phased introduction of the international standard for electronic exchange of tax accounting data SAF-T, after the adoption of the State Budget Act also adopted the texts regarding the obligation to submit a standard audit file for tax purposes.
The structure, format, content and method of submitting the standard audit file will be approved by an order of the NRA Executive Director, which will be published for public discussion in early May. Standard nomenclatures, which are an integral part of the file, will be attached to the order.
Over the next few months, the revenue agency will develop and implement a new electronic service for accepting data on economic activity and accounting of obligated persons in the standardized format.
In July, the NRA will launch a pilot test that will last 6 months. During this period, companies selected and invited by the revenue agency, registered with the Territorial Directorate of the National Revenue Agency “Large Taxpayers and Insurers”, will voluntarily submit a Standard Audit File for tax purposes.
