Users do not have access to servers or databases – the systems are fully protected in Microsoft’s internal environment.

Disaster recovery:

Speaking of backups, cloud systems are extremely efficient and secure. The servers on which the system is installed work in clusters, which means that even if a server crashes, the system will continue to run on another server without this being felt by users. Data is fully backed up, copied at least 3 times locally and present in two different data centers in remote locations – there is virtually no way to lose it.
