Fully control enterprise assets and their maintenance
M-Files for Maintenance Management helps you collect data on equipment, vendors, and maintenance in a single repository and collaboration platform. Using the system, you can solve a set of tasks related to management of maintenance, repairs of fixed assets, as well as of basic enterprise data.
M-Files allows you to collect all the necessary technical data from your own and partners using simple forms that can be filled out without prior preparation.
Most specialized EAM systems and EAM modules of ERP-systems do not provide sufficient functionality for document management. You can connect the M-Files solution to such systems and link key maintenance documents to equipment that is accounted in EAM systems such as IBM Maximo or SAP PM. As a result, users will be able to navigate to the required documents from the user interface of the current EAM system.
M-Files solutions are available both for local deployment based on Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server technologies, and on reliable, scalable cloud services running on Windows Azure.
All documents related to equipment, fixed assets, maintenance, or repairs are classified and tagged in the storage for better search and easy use.
Employees can easily maintain a directory of fixed assets (real estate, production sites, and equipment).
You can create and maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors.
